Yes. The Free Tier includes 10 active addresses, up to $25K in monthly volume, 1 team member, and a single network to help you start operating without upfront subscription cost.
You can upgrade from Settings > Subscription to Scale for unlimited addresses, unlimited monthly volume, unlimited team members, multi-network access, and priority support.
The Free Tier has no upfront subscription cost. The Scale Plan is $1,000/month plus $1 per transaction, and removes the Free Tier limits. Network gas or third-party charges can still apply depending on the asset, wallet, and network used.
Your workspace includes Overview, Wallets, Transactions, Customers, Payment Links, Workflows, AML Lookup, Asset Recovery, Developers, and Settings, with Docs, Feedback, Help, and Book Support close by.
Yes. Plan changes are handled from the dashboard subscription tab. If you move to a plan with lower limits, your workspace remains intact while the new limits apply going forward.
You can cancel a paid plan from Settings > Subscription. Your workspace data remains available under the limits of the plan you keep using.
Start in dashboard Settings to manage workspace, team, and security details. If the email change cannot be completed there, contact support and we will help verify the request.
